Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist at Inside Life Health and Wellness, you will benefit from a flexible work environment that encourages productivity and work-life balance. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing both individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms. Comprehensive training and ongoing support for remote work will be provided to ensure you feel fully equipped to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring interventions to fit their specific needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR practices, to individuals and groups, guiding them through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques.

• Facilitate interactive workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to effectively address clients’ mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to integrate comprehensive treatment approaches, ensuring a holistic pathway to healing.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions as mandated by clinical standards.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise in mindfulness methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong foundation in mental health counseling practices with the ability to formulate tailored therapeutic plans to meet clients' needs.

• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to creating a calm, supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
