Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to the individual needs of clients, focusing on stress reduction and overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, collaboratively designing mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting stress relief.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness, stress management strategies, and resilience-building skills, promoting community healing and support.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to effectively address client-specific mental health issues and empower their personal growth journey.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring mindfulness practices are cohesively incorporated into a comprehensive treatment approach.

Qualifications\n
