Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' specific needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide support and learning opportunities for individuals facing similar mental health challenges, fostering community and shared understanding.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within the clinic to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, enabling immediate support to individuals in distress during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can provide additional support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, secure, and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Actively engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, treatment advancements, and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and mental health challenges. Our approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, providing care that is sensitive to the individual needs of each patient. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and ethical therapeutic practices.

• Strong ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse range of clients.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective interaction with patients and team members.

• Capacity for sound judgment, professional ethics, and adherence to confidentiality standards.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

• A collaborative spirit and readiness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
