This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work within Washington, complemented by opportunities to meet clients at our Tacoma outpatient facility. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some schedule flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring your approaches are effective and adjustable in real-time to match client progress.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation to remain compliant with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, thus ensuring the highest standard of care.
