This role is set within a remote outpatient office model, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to tailor your work schedule to best meet patient needs. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some degree of flexibility encouraged due to the dynamic nature of our client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing evidence-based and solution-focused techniques.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer specialists, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic strategies and improve overall service quality.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing them with insightful information on mental health issues, treatment options available, and community resources to enhance their support systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
