This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver critical mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining regular office hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviewing techniques to gauge patients' trauma histories and treatment needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment strategies aimed at trauma recovery, resilience enhancement, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Design and lead both individual and group sessions focused on helping clients process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional support.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and the American Psychological Association's ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives centered around trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay current with research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients impacted by trauma, including those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will support a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families handling the aftermath of traumatic experiences. Your role is vital in fostering healing, resilience, and empowerment in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington state.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
