Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, leading to the formulation of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Set and prioritize therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients to monitor and evaluate their progress effectively throughout the treatment journey.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients unable to attend in-person appointments, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting best practices in our mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will play a critical role in supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license issued by the state, including one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
