Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during video-based encounters to accurately diagnose and understand each patient's needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and meticulous records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and teletherapy platforms, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
