Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ specific mental health needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Tailor interventions to address a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that promotes overall wellbeing.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, applying clinical skills and empathy to stabilize the situation and connect them to ongoing support.

In your role, you will be supporting a varied clientele, including individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, ethnicities, and lived experiences. Qualifications\n

• A current independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, equipping you with relevant knowledge to practice effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
