Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' specific histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process their trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and promote overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate help.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served at Inside Access Psychotherapy Services are often dealing with the aftermath of traumatic experiences that affect their mental health and daily lives. You will work closely with individuals facing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, often stemming from abuse or systemic violence. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Proficient in developing and executing trauma-informed treatment plans, demonstrating strong clinical skills in trauma-focused therapies.

• Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, with a focus on trauma-related issues preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
