Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based remote care tailored to individual client needs, utilizing structured protocols to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress by documenting session notes, providing follow-up communications, and suggesting appropriate care coordination recommendations.

• Engage actively as a member of the care team, assisting clients with accessing necessary resources, including obtaining consent and authorization forms.

• Identify high-risk client scenarios, implementing appropriate interventions in response to safety concerns, and adhering to established company protocols.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure continuous professional development and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and fulfill all annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role involves working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other behavioral health conditions. You will use structured, evidence-based protocols that focus on actionable skills, helping clients develop healthy and sustainable coping mechanisms. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients will be key to fostering therapeutic alliances and supporting their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Current/unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

• Ability to maintain a consistent patient schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
