Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing much-needed services to clients in the community. You will engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for your clients. As part of our outpatient office structure, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and treatment coordinators, to enhance the level of care and support our clients receive.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space.

• Conduct thorough client intakes, assessments, and follow-up evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs of each client, fostering personal growth and recovery.

• Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights on client progress, discussing challenges, and contributing to the development of innovative treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role as a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor is pivotal in providing these individuals and their families with the tools and support needed to navigate their paths to recovery. Your empathetic engagement will facilitate not only individual healing but also family dynamics and community resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT recognized by the Washington State Department of Health.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in diverse settings.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, demonstrating a genuine empathy towards clients.

• A commitment to teamwork and the ability to coordinate effectively with various clinical professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Excelsior Wellness values the commitment and professionalism of our staff. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year.
