Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other modalities appropriate for the individual client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Administer virtual teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in-person appointments.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to continually enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Your expertise will enable you to foster supportive therapeutic relationships and provide individuals with the tools they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe, trusting environment for clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, kindness, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads alongside documentation and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in both traditional and telehealth therapy modalities, with familiarity using teletherapy platforms.

• Background in treating diverse populations and understanding of multicultural issues in mental health care.

• Experience with specific therapeutic interventions relevant to the client base, such as trauma-informed care or family therapy.
