Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify concerns and formulate provisional diagnoses, ensuring the development of comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, adapting strategies to meet the unique requirements of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions to stabilize their condition.

• Keep meticulous and confidential client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations, in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, discussing treatment methodologies and available community resources, while advocating for their needs as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest mental health practices and advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required to practice in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to enhance our recruitment efforts.
