Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to understand their needs and goals, developing personalized treatment plans that lead to measurable outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual, couples, and family dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care that addresses both emotional and medical aspects of our clients' mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective response to emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards while demonstrating exceptional clinical documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Sound knowledge of psychological theories, therapeutic techniques, and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
