Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize appropriate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Manage and treat a diverse patient population, adjusting clinical approaches based on individual preferences and treatment responses.

• Provide crisis management interventions as necessary, ensuring clients are supported during acute mental health challenges.

• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR) and maintain accurate records of each session to comply with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating referrals if specialized support is needed.

• Monitor client responses to treatment through regular follow-up sessions, either weekly or biweekly, to gauge progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practices, providing non-judgmental and empathetic care to all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and trauma. With a compassionate approach, you will help clients navigate their mental health challenges and empower them through evidence-based interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) per Washington State regulations.

• Proven expertise in managing a range of mental health disorders and familiarity with multiple psychotherapy modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A clean history with no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A high level of comfort in using remote communication tools and EMR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
