Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult and collaborate with clients, case managers, and external providers to coordinate and optimize individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation and administrative records in accordance with RAMS policies to meet both clinical and legal standards.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and stability.
\n
• Engage in ongoing consultations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and address complex cases.
\n
• Participate in regular case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and best practices.
\n
• Deliver both individual and group supervision to foster the professional growth of peers and enhance the overall competency of the counseling team.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients’ suitability for various work assignments or referrals to specialized services.
\n
• Provide culturally competent mental health and substance abuse counseling to help clients navigate their challenges and improve their life situations.

• Prepare psychological assessment reports, incorporating vocational recommendations and personalized feedback tailored to each client’s understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals with major mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders, such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Through our virtual platform, you will reach a diverse clientele who may be dealing with significant life transitions, personal challenges, and overall mental health concerns. Your role will empower clients to develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in your field as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, in compliance with state regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with diverse populations.
