Key Responsibilities\n

• Create comprehensive case notes, assessments, and evaluations for each client, ensuring all documentation reflects a meticulous understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaboratively develop and continually refine individualized treatment plans (ITP) tailored to the unique requirements of each client, focusing on their personal goals and therapeutic journey.

• Support fellow therapists in the analysis and reporting of psychometric assessments, facilitating a holistic understanding of client progress and needs.

• Conduct supervision sessions alongside a site supervisor to discuss case complexities and enhance treatment approaches.
\n
• Participate in regular staff meetings to exchange valuable insights with clinical colleagues, fostering a culture of shared learning and improvement.

• Identify and integrate agency resources and external services to optimize client care, enhancing their access to a wider range of mental health supports.

• Complete thorough onboarding processes within the agency, familiarizing yourself with policies, procedures, and the broader healthcare environment.

• Prepare diligently for client sessions by reviewing previous case notes and conducting any necessary research on specific client issues that may arise.

• Engage in small group supervision, including seminar preparation and reviewing taped sessions to refine therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain meticulous electronic and written records of client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with professional standards.

• Act as a liaison with partner agencies, coordinating services and supporting collaborative initiatives.

• Research current best practices and innovative strategies under the guidance of your supervisor, contributing to program enhancement and effectiveness.

• Conduct consultations with clients and collaborate with other professionals within the agency to ensure cohesive care strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
