Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by engaging with clients via secure video conferencing to accurately identify their needs, preferences, and the most effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, utilizing your expertise to address a variety of mental health concerns and promote client resilience.

• Implement mental health screenings using virtual tools, assessing treatment needs and identifying areas where additional support may be required.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into account their unique circumstances, goals, and challenges, with a focus on enhancing their coping strategies.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing therapy and adjust treatment plans based on their feedback and progress.

• Contribute to the broader objectives of the organization by participating in case consultations, collaborating with team members, and taking on additional responsibilities as necessary to support the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health issues. This includes those managing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Your role will be critical in providing services that are sensitive to the cultural backgrounds and unique circumstances of each client, ensuring that everyone receives the support they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is mandatory.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Social Worker is required.

• Strong knowledge of various counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices that can enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Familiarity with current trends and principles in individual and family counseling to provide the best possible care to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range between $100,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring that you and your family have access to quality care.
