Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to inform effective treatment plans addressing their specific mental health concerns.

• Deliver individual therapy using recognized evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches tailored to clients’ unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice independently, specifically as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Please note: limited or provisional licenses and candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Proven ability to make professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
