Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.

• An active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) that allows you to provide unsupervised mental health services.

• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary actions by licensing boards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus upon acceptance of the position and can earn additional bonuses with the successful onboarding of new clients.
