Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and craft tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other approaches as applicable.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients who face geographical or logistical barriers can still access essential mental health support.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards to ensure accountability and transparency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
