Work Environment\n

In this role, you will operate primarily in a remote setting, providing flexibility that allows for work-life balance while connecting with clients in an outpatient environment. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to maintain a structured schedule. Collaborating virtually with a team of fellow therapists and healthcare providers, you will contribute to a supportive and integrated treatment approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including MBSR, customizing practices to meet the specific needs of clients struggling with stress and anxiety.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client stressors and goals, ensuring tailored mindfulness strategies that facilitate personal growth.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and controlled breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and strategies for building resilience among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
