Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health status, stressors, and therapeutic goals, enabling the development of tailored intervention plans that incorporate mindfulness techniques.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients reduce stress and enhance their emotional well-being.

• Guide clients in practicing mindfulness exercises such as meditation and breathing techniques that promote self-reflection and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management strategies, and resilience building.

• Document client interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices across different treatment modalities for a holistic approach.

Your work will primarily involve individuals seeking support for anxiety, stress-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an independent mental health counselor, such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, in the state of Washington.

• Strong proficiency in integrating mindfulness and holistic wellness strategies within therapeutic frameworks.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
