Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals concerning treatment plans and psychopharmacological management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
