Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges, regularly assessing efficacy and progress.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities tailored to each client's therapy goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and more.

• Monitor and document client progress accurately within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to provide accessible options for clients, especially those facing physical or geographical barriers to in-person therapy.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in private practice, familiarity with teletherapy tools, and a track record of developing effective treatment plans are preferred. Additionally, proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience in treating diverse populations can enhance your candidacy.
