This position offers a flexible work setting, allowing you to provide outpatient therapy services remotely. Our emphasis on a virtual work structure enables therapists to connect with clients in a convenient and accessible manner. While working primarily from home, you will engage in regular virtual meetings with your colleagues, participate in case consultations, and attend professional development workshops.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues and needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions employing diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify coping strategies and life skills that enhance their ability to manage symptoms and navigate daily challenges.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
