Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and provide virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse patient population in California, including individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and other mental health challenges. Our goal is to make mental health care accessible to underserved communities while providing culturally sensitive and evidence-based therapy approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently while ensuring timely follow-up with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, manage appointments, and maintain client records efficiently.
