Work Environment\n

This therapist position is entirely remote, accommodating a flexible work-life balance while ensuring you remain connected to a collaborative team of mental health professionals. The telehealth setting will allow you to engage with clients through secure video conferencing tools, providing a safe and confidential environment. Starting from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, you will find this structure encourages productivity and client-focused care while fitting into your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals, incorporating therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including patient medical and psychological histories, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, addressing psychosocial stressors to promote positive client outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health conditions and navigate community resources effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health conditions. Your clients may include families seeking resources for children with behavioral issues, victims of domestic violence, or individuals facing significant life transitions. Your ability to provide culturally competent care to varied populations will be key in facilitating impactful therapy and promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong clinical skills and a proven track record in providing therapeutic counseling to a varied clientele, demonstrating effective engagement and rapport-building techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
