Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a firm structure. Our default work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, occasional evening shifts may be necessary to accommodate the scheduling needs of our patients. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to enhance the mental well-being of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate the psychological, emotional, and behavioral well-being of children and adolescents.

• Design individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the developmental stages of each patient and their unique family dynamics.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and play therapy, to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower parents and caregivers to foster supportive home environments.
\n
• Partner with child psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to adolescents experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and community resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, offering insights during case consultations and engaging in professional development activities.

• Stay current in the field by reviewing the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Understanding the unique developmental concerns of our young patients is crucial, and our therapists are expected to adapt their strategies to meet the evolving needs of each child and adolescent.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic modalities applicable to children and adolescents.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and family therapy within the context of a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children, adolescents, and their families in a nurturing manner.

• Proficient in electronic health records management and computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, bringing insights and best practices to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specifically in a mental health capacity working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, accompanied by performance-based bonuses. This position includes a sign-on bonus as an added incentive for the right candidate.
