Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to accurately identify their needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• In-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective therapeutic modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and family therapy, particularly within a pediatric context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation avenues include performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
