Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapy sessions via Telehealth from the comfort of your home. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening hours as necessary to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their psychological needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that consider each client's developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy tailored to address specific mental health issues.

• Offer crisis intervention for children and adolescents in acute mental health distress, providing immediate support and resources.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential for this position.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities is critical.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, with opportunities for performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus upon hiring.
