Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions using telehealth technology to address various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Perform crisis interventions for clients experiencing acute distress, employing techniques that ensure immediate support and safety.

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant client records with thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis, to create and implement tailored therapeutic interventions for clients with behavioral difficulties.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions as necessary, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience providing clinical mental health services, including therapy and counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
