Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions, documenting client progress diligently from the first consultation to termination of services.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions for clients of different demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to engage clients and address their specific needs.

• Monitor client progress regularly to adjust treatment plans, ensuring timely interventions that promote recovery and wellness.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create holistic intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
