Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine clients' psychological needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic services through secure online platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in every session.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote progress.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD in California is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust in a virtual setting.

• Empathy and a deep understanding of clients’ mental health struggles, combined with strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively conduct remote sessions and manage documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly regarded, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance workflow efficiency. Additionally, having a diverse background in various therapeutic approaches will enable you to cater better to the needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 105,000 annually , along with a generous sign-on bonus for newly recruited therapists.
