Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, ensuring diverse needs and perspectives are effectively addressed.

• Consult and collaborate with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to coordinate comprehensive client care plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to motivate and guide clients toward achieving their personal goals and improving their mental health.

• Work closely with other clinical team members, including psychiatrists and nurses, to facilitate holistic treatment and comprehensive care.

• Engage in pilot programs for experimental therapy protocols, increasing innovation in treatment methodologies.

• Participate in ongoing training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to stay current with best practices.

• Complete psychological assessment reports including tailored vocational recommendations, ensuring feedback meets the client's comprehension level.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' suitability for various work assignments or additional referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will contribute to creating personalized treatment plans aimed at improving their mental well-being and overall functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
