Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, perform treatment planning, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to provide effective counseling services, maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Assess client needs to determine appropriate levels of care, delivering timely interventions such as crisis management and skills training.

• Document all clinical interactions using electronic health records, maintain anonymity, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or higher-level mental health credential (Psy.D) to practice in New York.

• Demonstrated minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
