Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions with clients, offering guidance and support tailored to their individual needs.

• Address common sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, helping clients develop practical strategies to manage these challenges.

• Assist clients in establishing and achieving personal and career goals through focused discussions and actionable plans.

• Provide input and collaborate with our clinical team to enhance our counseling programs and improve platform functionality based on client feedback.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adults facing a range of emotional challenges. You'll engage with individuals who seek support in improving their quality of life, managing daily stressors, and achieving personal growth. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to understand their situations and work toward their aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license/certification in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling or therapy for individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documenting sessions and managing client information is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
