Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the mental health needs of clients and formulate individualized treatment plans that address each person’s specific circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services efficiently via our secure telehealth platforms, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients in establishing achievable therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and strategies throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to create rapport and trust with clients remotely through thoughtful interaction and understanding.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion, exhibiting a genuine understanding of clients' challenges and experiences.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage time effectively to prioritize sessions and documentation tasks.
