This role is entirely remote, enabling our counselors to deliver therapy from the comfort of their homes while reaching clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services using recovery-oriented frameworks, ensuring that interventions align with each client’s unique treatment needs and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling and support services for individuals, families, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. As a counselor at Calm Mental Health Therapy, you will support clients from various backgrounds, interacting with children, adolescents, and adults, and working closely with families to enhance their relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field, with a focus on social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional clinical counseling (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC credentials required).

• An active license in your area of specialization (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.

• Proven ability to work with clients in individual, family, and group therapy settings, demonstrating empathy and clinical expertise.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience with electronic healthcare record systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
