Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Robust knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic methodologies.

• Prior experience providing both individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a child-centered and empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
