Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, which allows you to effectively balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs. You will have access to all necessary resources, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, to facilitate seamless communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to evaluate the psychological needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the developmental stages of your patients and engage their families in the therapeutic process.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or play therapy, to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers to create supportive environments that nurture their children's mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including child psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a coordinated and systemic approach to care delivery.

• Offer crisis intervention for children and adolescents experiencing acute mental health crises, providing rapid assessment and immediate support.

• Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring effective follow-up and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Washington State is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, focusing on child and adolescent populations.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders affecting children and adolescents, along with effective therapeutic techniques and evidence-based modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate, child-centered therapeutic approach.

• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and related technology to optimize work efficiency.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
