Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments of clients, meticulously crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of methodologies, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records that adhere to HIPAA and other confidentiality standards, ensuring client privacy is prioritized in all interactions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners in interdisciplinary meetings, offering insights gained from individual cases to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in regular peer supervision and case consultation sessions to share knowledge and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in treatment methodologies.

• Educate clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health, therapeutic options, and relevant community resources to facilitate their journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active Oregon state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy and ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to suit individual client needs effectively.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities essential for navigating complex client issues and guiding them towards positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this key role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
