Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions to clients, using techniques rooted in MBSR to foster stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, identifying key stressors and mental health concerns while tailoring mindfulness practices to each individual's specific needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and effective breathing techniques aimed at promoting self-awareness and relaxation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, encouraging community participation and peer support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness and address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain updated and detailed documentation related to client progress and therapy interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth in mindfulness practices, engaging in regular self-reflection and seeking advanced training as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from teenagers to adults seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
