Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and risks, including psychosocial stressors that may impact their well-being.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions across a variety of settings, utilizing both cognitive-behavioral therapy and other modalities to address mental health challenges.

• Document detailed clinical records, including patient history, evaluations, treatment plans, intervention methods, and progress notes in compliance with professional standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Address crises effectively, demonstrating knowledge of substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and related fields, ensuring the safety and support of clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategies, facilitating their engagement with community services as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
