Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of a vibrant outpatient clinic. You will work under an outpatient care model, primarily focusing on individual therapy sessions from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with an adult patient population, helping individuals experiencing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will focus on promoting psychological well-being while fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. A culturally competent approach is vital, as you will address the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited program.

  Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

  A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing mental health services.
