Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client population, which includes adolescents in schools, individuals in various age groups seeking mental health support, and incarcerated patients requiring counseling. Your work will directly impact individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. As each client is unique, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their specific cultural, social, and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health theories, effective therapeutic modalities, and current research relevant to psychological wellness.
