Work Environment\n

Our practice operates primarily through telehealth services, allowing you to engage with clients in a convenient and accessible manner. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors, all focused on delivering coordinated and holistic care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to effectively identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Create and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, offering resources and fostering a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Guide patients in understanding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to refine skills and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic techniques.

• Proven ability to assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans effectively.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups from varied cultural and demographic backgrounds.

• Strong ethical judgment and the capacity to maintain professional boundaries at all times.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software to document patient interactions and progress.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
