Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate family and group therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment to encourage open communication and healing.

• Work closely with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that promote their unique paths to recovery and well-being.

• Provide real-time crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate care while maintaining their safety.

• Document and maintain precise client records in conformity with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and resources for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of current trends, research, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the State of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Candidates eligible for licensure will also be considered.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups, coupled with a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to develop rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
