Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms and establish baselines for treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and the importance of self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Stay informed on the latest research and effective treatment approaches for mood disorders to enhance your clinical practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be working with clients who are experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with a diverse group of individuals, helping them navigate their challenges and ultimately achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
